AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
SCI, as experts in HVAC services consulting, design, install and maintain your air conditioning system.
As specialists in clients with work centers throughout Spain (retail chains, offices, distribution, etc.), we can assist you in the expansion of new openings or in the renovation of existing ones, air conditioning your establishments with the most suitable and energy-efficient system.
In work/commercial environments, maintaining an adequate temperature and air quality is essential for both the well-being of customers and the performance of employees. A good air conditioning system can make a difference in the customer's experience in their consumption, influencing their decision to stay longer and, therefore, increasing sales. In addition, it provides a comfortable environment for workers, which improves their productivity and job satisfaction.
The main air conditioning systems for these establishments are characterized by a refrigeration circuit with two heat exchangers, one of which acts as a source of energy from which it is extracted and the other as a means of transmitting that energy. However, heat pump systems mainly use air and water as a source and/or transmission medium (SOURCE – TRANSMISSION):
-
Air - Air: Uses air as a medium to absorb and transmit energy (cold/heat), for example: direct expansion equipment such as Split ducts, wall, ceiling, floor, cassette, variable refrigerant volume (VRV) and Roof-Top equipment.
-
Air - Water: In this case, outside or inside air is used to absorb energy and both heat and cold are transmitted through water that circulates through a network of pipes, such as Aerothermal and chillers.
-
Water - Air: Systems that use water to absorb energy and air to transmit it, such as compact or split autonomous equipment condensed by water from a cooling tower or a natural source of water (water table).
-
Water - Water: Uses water to absorb and transmit energy (cold/heat), for example, Geothermal energy with its different capture systems (water table, vertical and horizontal probe).
