To obtain maximum comfort, the building has been equipped with direct expansion air conditioning systems with equipment in each room with a variable refrigerant flow and heat recovery system from Mitsubishi-Electric City Multi, as well as a high-power CAHV industrial aerothermal system. With both systems we generate heat and cold as well as hot water to distribute it to underfloor heating, domestic hot water and heating of the indoor pool. The pool area also has a dehumidification system with air renewal and heat recovery to water and air. The entire building is ventilated with Mitsubishi-Electric Lossnay heat recovery units, which provide us with fresh, filtered air 24/365 without wasting energy. An automated control system for the control of the air conditioning, heating and ventilation of the entire building, Airzone-Acuazone, allows the hotel staff to control the temperature at all times for the well-being of guests.

As a culmination of the project process, design and installation of the systems, as is customary in our company, final tests are carried out, start-up and verification of the operation of all the equipment, training for its use and delivery of the final result to the client.
