​The production area is air-conditioned by five rooftops, with thermoenthalpic freecooling.

The offices were air-conditioned by a four-pipe hydronic system, with ducted fan coils and Air Treatment Units with absorption heat recovery and cold and heat batteries. The production system comprises a 6-pipe water-water heat pump. Four of the pipes supply the building's terminal units and the other two will be connected to a geothermal well + cooling tower system.
