Ensure compliance with the business duties of the person responsible in cases of subcontracting.

Data of the legal representatives of the subcontracted companies: name and surname, NIF, address
Data of the employees of the subcontractors assigned to the work: name and surname, NIF, job category, social security number, professional experience, job position, training in occupational risk prevention, payroll data, data included in the RLC (receipt of liquidation of Contributions) and RNT (Nominal List of Workers), certificate accrediting health surveillance where their aptitude is stated,
Data of the subcontractor: Certificate of being up to date with Tax obligations, Certificate of being up to date with Social Security, Copy of the Occupational Risk Assessment, Adherence to the Safety Plan of the Work and proof of information to the workers, Proof of delivery of Personal Protective Equipment to the workers, copy of the Civil Liability Insurance Policy of the work and Collective Agreement Accident Policy, Photocopy of the document that accredit the registration in the Register of Accredited Companies.
